On Thursday I had the pleasure of visiting one of my favourite spots in Manchester, Restaurant YOURS, to try their brand new Thursday night event. A bottomless dream, Sushi, Sounds and Sips offers a two course menu with a generous selection of unlimited drinks for a 90 minute duration. Take in the elegant decor whilst listening to Island inspired beats mixed with R&B and hip-hop.
For my first drink, I opted for You Had Me at Yellow; YOURS’ take on a Pornstar Martini. A combination of Vanilla Vodka, Licor 43, Passionfruit, Pineapple and Vanilla, this sweet and fruity drink is delicious.
There are several other selected cocktails included in the deal.
Other included drinks are:

- House Wine (Red, White or Rose)

The first course included a selection of sushi:
- Tuna Tartare with cucumber, pomegranate and caviar
- Tempura Nobashi Prawn with asparagus and tobiko
- Crispy Duck Roll with beetroot, orange, sesame and ginger
- Dragon Sushi Roll with pickled daikon, roasted red pepper and hijik
My favourite was definitely the Tempura Prawn roll as this is my go to option every time. All pieces were incredible though and came with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.
Course Two consists of larger plates:
- Mini Wagyu Burger on a brioche bun with kimchi, melted cheese and chilli
- Lobster Wontons with smoked mayo, seaweed salad and lemon snow
- Satay Chicken Skewer with pak choy and crispy shallots
I just can’t express how good the food is here. The burgers literally melted in your mouth- the meat is so succulent and cooked to perfection and the kimchi and cheese just adds so much flavour.
I also am obsessed with the Satay Chicken. The sauce is sooo good and it’s such a good portion size.

The Thursday Bottomless club is for a duration of 90 minutes and costs £35pp. I think that this is amazing value for money as you get so much yummy food and the service is wonderful We were served by the lovely Anna who made our experience smooth and welcoming.
You can also add on extras such as Seaweed Crisps or Truffle Fries for an additional cost.
