King Pins: Bowling & More at Trafford Palazzo

Last week I was invited down to the brand new King Pins at Trafford Palazzo; a fun new venue with a variety of games and activities. They also have food from PLY pizza, Little Bao Boy and Royal Treats.

We were invited to the soft launch where we got unlimited games, free drinks and a taste of the food available! 

King Pins offers:

- ten pin bowling

- duck pin bowling

- ice free curling 

- shuffleboard

- batting cages

- ping pong

- arcade games

We started off in the arcade where there were a wide variety of games - car racing, shooting, dance mats, basketball hoops, claw machines and more! It was a really cool space and I loved how many games there were to play.

We were given a card for the arcade which had unlimited credits on, however, you would ordinarily go to the games desk and top up your card with credits for the arcade. You simply tap your card on the game you want to play to start.

For all other games, you simply pay as you go at the games desk.

Next up, we tried the ten pin bowling which I haven’t done for years. I can’t say I was the best at bowling - I definitely need some practice - but it was fun!

We ended up having two games of bowling so we didn’t have time to try out some of the other games like shuffleboard or the curling but I will definitely be visiting again to try them in the future.

We got the chance to try a bao bun & some pizza! The bao bun was veggie - I think it was cauliflower but wasn’t 100%. The bun was soft and fluffy but I think I would have opted for a different filling! There are so many options including crispy chicken, beef brisket & pulled pork which are more up my street.

I tried the pepperoni pizza which is one of my favourite type of pizzas by far! This was realllly cheesy and full of flavour - would definitely recommend!

King Pins is a such a cool place and there’s truly something for everyone. Come for a casual date night, an evening with the girls or pop in for some food & a spot of bowling after shopping at The Trafford Centre!
