What I wore: May Bank Holiday

I absolutely love clothing hauls and seeing where people are shopping/what they've bought lately. I have had a few questions on my Instagram regarding my outfits so I thought I would do a mini 'what I wore' blog for any of you that are interested.

I hope you enjoy!

I just wanted something quite chilled and comfy for Friday as we were just going for some food so I didn’t want to waste a good outfit! I opted for a black midi dress with my converse and a denim jacket for smart but casual vibes.

This dress is an absolute staple as it’s so simple but classy and you can style it so many different ways. AND it’s only £8!!!

If you'd have said that I'd have worn an outfit like this in 2020, I'd probably have laughed. I don't know whether it's lockdown or losing a few lbs that have given me more confidence to wear whatever I want but regardless of the reason, I'm enjoying it!

I've wanted a pair of mom jeans for a while now but 1) I haven't found a pair that fit well and 2) I haven't felt comfortable enough to wear them! I absolutely love these jeans - they're a nice snug fit but then are lose around the calf. I also love the rip design.

I had to buy this bodysuit too as soon as I saw it but I definitely wasn't brave enough to venture out without the comfort of a jacket. I think this blazer adds a classy vibe to the outfit and is perfect for a meal out.

Finally, probably my fave ever heels. I love the colour and when I say they are comfy- WOW. I've never ever known comfortable heels like it! They are a staple and orange is so in right now.

More of a 'me' outfit here and I love it. I think the top is super chic but the simplicity of the ribbed midi design makes it really classy. I paired this with trainers as I was going for chilled day drinks and wanted to be able to walk around from bar to bar comfortably without worrying about my feet hurting! It helps that they have a peach/orange design so they matched perfectly (I love a good colour co-ordination).

I think it is such a versatile piece. I would re-wear this outfit with a cute pair of strappy heels and a leather jacket. I also think a sleek pony would look amazing!
