Last week, whilst in Marbella, I visited an amazing rooftop restaurant and bar, Blend. Located around 10 minutes from Puerto Banus Harbour, Blend offers an array of food and drinks and is perfect for any occasion.
The cosy location sports both an indoor and outdoor setting, with the outdoor restaurant featuring its own bar, booths, fire heaters and, of course, the Instagram famous sign.
We started off by trying the Frose cocktail; a delicious mix of Rose wine and strawberries. The Frose comes in two different colours and I have to say, both in terms of appearance and taste, the Blue was definitely my favourite. It was just that little bit sweeter. This drink was really refreshing and is perfect for summer evenings!
Of course we had to try out some food while we were there! My friend opted for the Nachos which looked and tasted insane. She'd been craving them all holiday and they definitely didn't disappoint. I mean, have you ever seen Nachos looking so appealing?!
I chose the Chicken Satay Skewers which were to die for. Served with four skewers and copious amounts of Satay sauce, this dish was the perfect snack size. Although slightly more spicy than normal, this dish was insane and I would definitely recommend.
