Last night I had the pleasure of visiting Asha's Manchester, for the second time in less than a week, for the launch of 'BolliBar'.
Located downstairs in their Manchester-based restaurant, 'BolliBar' is the first Bollywood themed bar in central Manchester. From dimmed, intricate lighting to velvet seating and gold decor, this bar oozes glamour and sophistication.
The launch night gave guests the opportunity to partake in a cocktail masterclass, assisting the bar staff with the preparation and production of two new cocktails - known as the 'His & Her's' cocktails (pictured below).
Afterwards, guests were able to try out the 'His & Her's' cocktails or were invited to choose a cocktail from the BolliBar cocktail menu. As a true Manchester gal - born and bred - I opted for the Manchester Tart cocktail.
The presentation of this cocktail was beautiful and I particularly loved the mini 'Manchester Tart' that accompanied it. This was the perfect treat!

This is such a chilled venue and is the perfect setting for a girly cocktail night or even date night. With the option to dine first upstairs, or tuck into to some small plates at BolliBar, you have the best of both worlds!
BolliBar can also be hired out for special occasions and, in my opinion, it is the perfect space for an event. I've attended two launch nights here now and I love the intimate feel of it. With a seating area, booths and a personal bar, you have staff on hand throughout the night to assist you. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - I couldn't fault the service in any way.
