Last night I attended the first birthday celebration of Opulent Travel Services. Founded by Leighann Morgan in September 2016, the company has gone from success to success with their first shop opening on 25 March 2017.
Opulent provide a range of services, not only offering package deals but also a bespoke service personal to the customer. Their focus is not only find the best deal possible but also to ensure that the customer's personal preferences are included within this deal.
Opulent's aim is to change the world of travel, with customer satisfaction and return a key priority. Leighann described the company's motto as finding 'customers for life' as opposed to providing a one-off service. The success of the company is clear, with 84% of their business being repeat business from previous customers.
For me, customer loyalty is evidence of an exceptional service. I personally would only return somewhere, particularly with something like travel, if I had a service that I could find nowhere else. With the majority of today's travel options available online, Opulent's success simply shows their service is like no other!
When speaking to Leighann, her passion for this business shone through. I also loved her commitment to helping with the development of youth and the community. Leighann personally attends local schools and colleges to talk to the students about her business and how they can become involved in something similar in the future. In addition, she also takes on a number of students each year for work experience; providing them with crucial skills such as meeting and greeting customers, creating travel brochures and placing travel orders. Her dedication in this aspect is impeccable.
